Scope of services:

• Bookkeeping,
• Valuation and Accounting Customer inventoried assets,
• Preparation of settlement with contractors,
• Preparing valuation of assets and liabilities and determination of the financial result,
• Preparation of financial statements based on data from the books,
• Record keeping for tax purposes, including establishing a basis for taxation
• Preparation of all required statements, including income tax on legal persons / individuals, property tax, VAT and submitting them for signature, and then transfer to the relevant state agencies and institutions
• transfer of other information and reports to the tax offices, statistical ond other financial institutions required by law, which the client is obliged to provide
• Preparation of  credit transfers for payment of which should be performed by Client and communicadet to the Client, according to the principles set out separately,
• Representation in tax proceedings, and making declarations of intent within the range specified in the relevant power of attorney,
• audit of the accuracy of the formal documents and accounting.
