HR (Personnel):

• preparing contracts with employees on the basis of the Labour and Civil Codes and the Customer's guidelines in accordance with the contract template provided by or worked out with the Customer

• Maintaining regular employee personnel service:
  - preparing employment certificates
  - preparing earnings certificate
  - preparing employment record
  - maintaining personal records for employees
  - preparing Work Regulations and Remuneration Regulations according to a separate estimate
    specified in the Contract
  - preparing reports individually agreed with the customer according to a separate estimate
    specified in the Contract
  - providing consultancy services on the basis of the labour law including consultancy in  
    reference to the termination of agreements with employees.

PAYROLL SERVICES

• calculating all types of remuneration on the grounds of the source record maintained and presented by the Customer, including:  sickness payment, vacation payment and  payment for unused holiday entitlement.
• calculating social benefits
• calculating personal income tax (preparation of PIT-4 statements)
• preparing PIT-11/8B, PIT-40 statements
• preparation of payrolls, including also pay stubs (so called "payslips")
• preparing RMUA monthly reports for the insured
• maintaining holiday record on the basis of the source breakdowns provided by the Customer
• maintaining benefit record on the basis of the source breakdowns provided by the Customer
• calculating ZUS social insurance premiums
• servicing PFRON (State Fund of REhabilitation of Handicapped People) settlements
• accounting for benefits for employees in accordance with the Labour Code and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
• accounting for civil-law contracts:
  - accounting for mandatory contracts
  - accounting for commission contracts
  - accounting for manager contracts
